I always recommend talking to your healthcare team and a Registered Dietitian because they can help you based on your individual situation. High calorie foods that may be beneficial for you would be those high in fat (and not carbohydrates, like rice). Foods like olive oil, avocados, walnuts, etc are high in heart-healthy fats and calories for weight gain. Best of luck!]]></description>
